brandnew blackberry 9360 black in box ?

i upgraded my phone for a blackberry 9360 in black but dont like it so am selling it. i is unlocked and un-used there is a rip in the box where the salesman couldnt open it to show me but apart from that all is sealed and ready to be given as a christmas gift. i have the paperwork for it so its got full warranty and its proofs thats its all above board too. no offers please as you are getting a bargain
